Phoenix graffix has a good reputation so i wouldn't worry about the quality of the stripe, The problem is that you can't really see how nice the stripe looks with the transfer paper in place which is usually covering the pretty side of the stripe and helps with the install.  I'm pretty sure you could get a refund from them easy enough if not satisfied.

I'm overseas... I don't think a refund is posible. AAAND yes, I can see how nice can be the stripe throught the tranfer paper ;): of course I was more interested on see how it looks on a car.

technique used on original stripes is way diff than nowdays printing techniques, and that will make a HUGE difference on how it looks.

this is what I mean... if these are made by Phoenix Graphix guys, doesn't worth a penny. Odd Charger word shape, outlines should be black, and printing pattern although similar is not the same than originals:

There are plenty of new challenger owners that have used Phoenix Graffix stripes and have said they were happy with them, however, how that compares to a repro of a reflective stripe  over an original style stripe, of which you can no longer buy, I cannot say.  Therefore i leave it up to others to respond and show a picture.  Do you have a picture of the original stripe to compare the text style with?

I've bought aftermarket reflective black stripes before and they were very nice quality but they weren't charger stripes.

I have NOS stripes, so I know whay I'm talking about... not in hands on this moment, sorry... around 700 miles from home

Text style is the same than the one you can see around on emblems... compare and will check the imperfections of the one on the stripe.

But is not only the text, is the outline and the printing pattern

I think they look well made.  I would check for thickness and outdoor life expectancy.  Especially, if you use it as a daily driver.  The premium vinyls do not generally last as long out in the elements, but I am not sure about the reflective or printed types.  It really depends on the materials used.  It is hard to see the reflectiveness in the photos, but that is probably fine as well.  I agree that it doesn't have the darker red-violet colors, unless it gets darker at the very end not shown where it is rounded. The pattern is slightly different, but looks good. It will probably be impossible to find something exact.  The charger script above was not a good graphic or outline job, so I would expect a cleaner more accurate one on theirs.  That file is easy to find, even examples on this site demonstrate that.  It sounds like they have a good reputation, hopefully someone else has bought some and chimes in.

Nacho-RT74

actually the printing pattern looks better that I expected... only dissapointing deal by the moments is the red shadow at the very end... yes one of the pics from Phoenix Graphix shows this rounded end

Ok, I see it.  I needed to scroll over on the iPad.  Yeah, just the red does not go into a darker color.  The pattern looks good, it is just slightly different.

Hi PhoenxGfx! Yes I have being emailing with Chris. He was who sent me the pics I posted. I'm looking for board members opinions ;).

As I posted everything looks great BUT some of the colors shade, specially the red shade, which on corners ( and in the middle of all the side stripe ) is more burnt red. This is kinda critical on dark body colors like my car is. Not a problem maybe on light body colors.

They can be licensed, yes, and they seems to be a great product ;), but... Still not completelly correct if you ask me

Here is an original stripe with poor light

Here with lot of sun light ( note the stripe colors shade looks allmost identical )

The red shade is so Dark/burnt than the Charger script is barelly noticeable

And here is one which seems to be one of your repros ( on same body color ):

The diff is really noticeable on both color ends, red and maybe also some on yellow. Still a great product BUT doesn't satisfy me...
