08 Dodge Charger Driving Lights Problem

I bought a 08 Dodge Charger V6 2.7 and it had no driving (fog) lights but has the wires and plugs to plug them in, so i bought some OEM driving lights and plugged them in and i also changed the light switch and put in a relay in the fuse box ( in block 34 ) and i have head lights but no driving lights. Is there something I'm missing here? I wanted to try to keep it as factory as possible, and I know I can hard wire them. Any ideas here? Please help!!! Thank you.

Random thought - on my '12 Charger, i have to select the "driving" light feature on the menu for them to work as driving lights...  doubt its the same as yours.

"might" be a PCM or body computer issue - I'd try over on the LXForums as they will have more specific knowledge to help you.
