heater control cables

Are the clips that hold down the cables, heater, fan and defrost, held down with a screw. My clips look like they have a mark around the hole, but they also look like they just snap over the end of the bracket.

A while since I had one apart but it seems to me that they just clipped on.

Ghoste your memory's going , lucky when you answer my questions your on the ball , snap on clip and small star or Phillips head screw to lock it , just joking ghoste just done it not long ago
