Wow, that's amazing at 92 years old.

Imagine if all Chargers had been garaged from new and pampered like this.
71 Valiant VH Hardtop 265 Hemi 4-speed, 71 VH Valiant Charger R/T Replica 360 4-speed, 68 Dodge Charger 440/727.

I'll get information for the registry probably in a couple weeks.    And yes, I did ask if he'd consider selling it.  He said absolutely not.    :icon_smile_big:
He said he raced at the salt flats (40's-60's) and set some records.   Just a really friendly neat old gearhead.

I bet this car would bring good money at Barrett Jackson.
Think about it.   How many are out there in this condition still with the original owner?   ???

Cool car, cool guy, cool story!
He would have been around 48 yrs. old when he bought the car. I'll bet it seems like only 10 or 15 years ago to him.

I hope I can still be behind the wheel of a cool car when I reach that age. Way cool...
Really had to be fun to talk to him.

Stick-on body-side protectors.      :2thumbs:   Haven't seen those since they were ripped off my car 48 seconds after I bought it.
