Found this in the pile. I'm getting ready to stick in the dash and would like to know if anyone recognize this jumper.

Is my map light broken. I was looking at the pics and it shows the double yellow wires going to the map light. My double yellow wires had a spade? stuck in the connector. Is this spade lug supposed to be attached to the map light. If it is it looks like I need a new map light or can it be fixed? I don't see any solder on the copper part of the switch.

The spade has snapped off the copper tab, it's normally riveted on.  You can solder it in place and it'll work fine.  You've got nothing to lose!
