If the roads in Michigan were better I would but want to get some more miles on her into next year before trekking that far. I will however be in Joliet again sometime soon  ;)

I got some parts from upper Michigan. Roads are really remote, gas stations few....the route would need some planning...

Yeah our roads are nothing to brag about, but it's getting somewhat better.  I was all over the UP two months ago and the roads there are much better.  Not to mention the scenery!

If you plan a trip into Mi lemme know.  If I have time, I'll join you.  When it rains, we can park your car in my garage and take my car, I don't care if it gets wet and I have intermittent wipers now!   :2thumbs:   :icon_smile_big:

A little over an hour.  I'm on the west side of Ann Arbor.

It would be  really sweet to get to meet 2 DC members and cars at the same time...Ann Arbor is 4 hours for me...

If I can plan it, I don't mind driving long distances.  I have work and university going on so no promises but I'd love to get together.  Wherever.  If I have the time, I'll be there.
Don't get your hopes up on the car though, mine's only a lowly 69, but I can bring a picture of my old 68!

Love 68,69,70 Chargers are my favorite's, my first was a 69, which was one of many cars I had in my youth but the only one I remembered driving...man I loved driving that car in 83....

I decided to pull mine off the road to install upgrades mid August.  Yeah that was a good idea.

Best summer in Mi ever!

WTF.....are you sure no one is messing with your car? You need some good luck!!!!!!

That completely sucks. BUT...

This is an omen.
Your car is telling you it wants overdrive. Since you have to replace the tail shaft now anyway, now is the time to splurge on a Gear Vendors unit.
Looking at the positive.
