Was driving in a small town and came across a 68 dodge charger on the side of the road. Was in a very strange place and stopped to talk to the guy. The car is in super rough condition.

Looks to be a 68 RT 4 Speed. I tried to take pictures of the fender tag but, was covered in about 3 inches of dirt. Not dust but DIRT!
I cleaned the tag a good 5 minutes with what ever i could find but really could not get it very clean.

Can anyone make out any of the options?

the car has been setting in dirt sense the 90's bottom on the ground pretty much :(
