Goodmark rear seat pan?

Anybody use the goodmark rear seat pan? Its cheaper than AMD and it has the brackets to mount the lower seat, where as the AMD does not. THey are rotten on my current pan so I would need them. I have heard good things about the floor stuff from goodmark, never heard anything of the rear seat pan.
