I had this sent me by John TPR just thought they used his cars image.But apparently Dave Castine who sold the Billy Card B5 daytona has it consigned.Its a Johnny lighting car. Johnny Lightning - Mopar Or No Car - 1:64 - 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona #23
and its image was used on some coffee brand.And featured in 2006 hemmings article   http://www.hemmings.com/mus/stories/2006/06/01/hmn_buyers_guide1.html
