How do you like them for street use, and what kind of hp & torque are you getting?

Well what engine, and what combo, ie, how much boost will you have.  I guess there are several factors that come into play here.  In addition which blower you use.  BDS offers level 1-4.  With 3-4 usually being race applications.  Cam choice.  I am sure RON or C_P will chime in as well but more info will be helpful

I wasn't really trying to get into the technical aspects of it so much, as I am still just in the conceptualization stage of the project.  I live at very high altitude, and will likely need some form of forced induction to really meet any performance goals I am after.  At the same time, I still want this car to remain very streetable.  That is more what I am asking about...streetability, satisfaction level, and reliability of a street blown 440 in a Charger.  If and when I arrive at the point that I am ready to undertake the project, I will start posting in the technical side of the forum.

So...are you pleased with your blown engine?

Mine is not done yet..... I changed my mind from a 440 and now plan to run a 528 hemi.

You can do anything you want really.  I do not know how to say that better.  It all matters on how you build the motor to run.  I think you will be very happy with it overall.  You must make sure you can deal with the heat a supercharger produces usually ALM radiatior,  Extra fuel demands.  But you can Underdrive the blower or 1:1 or run just about any overdrive you want.  With in reason.

Do you like the ROOTS type or the Procharger type?

I like the ease of setup (such as it is) with a roots type, but would love to keep everything under the hood, so I like the centrifugal design as well.  I think the centrifugal requires some sort of fuel injection, which is a little more than what I want to tackle out of the box.  I will likely wind up with the roots design...does anyone make a low profile/under hood design.  Even a design that allowed a small scoop would be worthwhile to me.

Volk, sorry do not know any low profile ones.  Just part of the deal with the Roots as far as I know... I believe there is a screw type?  that maybe lower profile.  But not sure about that.

you should visit BDS they have good set-ups with all you would need in a kt.   Good for a general street run blower.  They also have some boost charts online that you can look at for figureing out final compression ratio (FCR).

Thanks for the heads up.  I will check BDS out.

Procharger centrifigual. Plenty of horse/torque, and its all under the hood. You dont have to have fuel injection to run a procharger. Totally streetable.

I just cannot stand those though.....well anyway.......  Yes I would have to admit for street driving they would be ok......
