Is it kosher to use A-body disk brake spindles on B-body control arms? I had set, measured them and put them on. Everything seems to work ok, but I just wanted to get a second opinion...

Yes. Did the same thing myself. And you can use the larger 11.75" Fury rotors instead of the 10.87" A-body rotors if you want.
