whats best bolt on edddlebrock  carb for stock 68 440    rt    ,,,,,THANKS :-\

a 750cfm performer.   

The electric choke is nice but the mechanical choke would use the factory bi-metallic spring choke.

The performer is a decent carb but I'd go one step up and get one of the Edelbrock Thunder series carbs. I had the 750 performer and it always had a bit of a stumble off the line. Put on the thunder series carb and have been very happy with it.
