With lots of help from Ron(firefighter3931) I have a great idle now that the Pertronix Second strike box, distributor & coil are bye bye :2thumbs: Now we have to get the fuel side of the equation sorted out. Lots of road testing to do. Thx again Ron! Also Ron (BIG SUGAR) has been a great help to me as well. I will get the wife to video me driving the car hopefully tonight ;)

Great idle!  Did you go with the built in ECU distributor or the mechanical advance unit that runs off of the MP ECU?

Maybe a Holley instead of the Edelbrock? 6 pack is too much this rookie

It's your car and your call, but I just bought a quick fuel for my 440. I really like the looks of it.  Proform is practically the same as Quick Fuel from what I'm told. I like Holley, and always have, but I think I get more for my money with quick fuel or Proform.  Just my  :Twocents:
Glad to hear that fuel is the last issue to resolve before cruise time!
