 Not sure of the year, but I have one that has a code of 0409 1.

Not quite sure what the 1 means, but it sounds like the 40th day of '69, Mark.  :scratchchin:
1 might mean 1st quarter perhaps?

Just for clarification, is that the 40th day in the production run for  when they started producing 1969 cars or the actual 40th day in 1969 (which would be early February).

That would be the 40th day in 1969.
For example 3008 would an early '69 K-frame (300th day in '68).
I'm just not sure of that "1".  :shruggy:
