I have a cheap, (meaning quality - not cost) plastic shroud which finally fragmented.  I was able to make it work for a couple years by jerry-rigging a bracket to restrict warping.  But alas, it is no more.

Has anyone had positive, proven experience with the Mancini shrouds?  Hopefully for more than a season or two?  Mancini says their shrouds are made from high-temp resistant urethane yet I remain doubtful.  http://chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/rafansh.html

Eventually I will move up to a larger aluminum radiator but that isn't in the plans right now.  I'm tempted to get the two piece metal one but it doesn't make sense cost-wise; especially considering future plans.  In the meantime, I do not want to get ripped off again.

Thoughts and other suggestions are welcome - thanks!

never used one yet, but everything I've got from Mancini Racing has been great quality & if I didn't like it, they credited my account when I sent anything back, only out the shipping cost... the $89 cheap one you can't really get hurt too bad, especially if you going to go with a different wider aluminum radiator latter, don't spend a bunch of un-necessary cash on the $179 ones...  :Twocents:

Call Bob at GlenRay radiator.  They had issues with theirs and they solved the problem. They have them, I don't know what they are now but they were reasonable.
