Anybody? This is on a RB block I have. Never seen this before.

No idea, but I can say that the ramchargers were a notorious race team from the 60's that if I remember correctly worked at Chysler and raced them as well. Maybe it's one of theirs? That would be cool.

i wonder how much pressure it would take for someone to stamp something on their own block??

well 67 would be alot better, maybe Mopar stamped it that way as it was going to Ramchargers and had special interior specs??
i have their book but its been a couple of years since reading it

Any insight into that book is appreciated. I know about the ramchargers and the super stock cars but google has given me no results on specific markings.
