How do you change the timing cover seal on a 440?  Is it pressed in? Thanks in advance.  :cheers:

Simply yes. I assume you are referring to the balancer/crank seal. Most guys will simply and carefull use a block of wood and a hammer to set the seal. Very easy don't over think this. Good luck.

FYI, If you don't have the timing cover off the engine, it presses in from the back, so you need to remove the cover to install the seal. As mentioned, just carefully tap it in.  :2thumbs:
