Steering Unit Worm Gear Tools?

Finally got my 71 engine started first time since early 80's (it was siezed up and rusted).
Everything was great. but had power steering fluid leaking out pretty bad where the stearing column connects.

I am guessing the seal for the worm drive. Looking at the manual, seems it needs couple tools (C-3638 & C-3650).

I am sure this has been asked before, any other tools work in replacing that seal?
Oh and it is an easy task??

I keep searching forum for more info, but anyone in the know, appreciate it.
