Hemi dipstick tube

Check out the pictures below. Is the correct relationship of the dipstick tube & clamp, or should the clamp be flipped 180 degrees?

The reason I ask is if you check out the cut-away engine in the link above, the dipstick tube is in a different position relative to the exhaust manifold than the orange engine, due to the flipped clamp.

Thoughts?
