The engine is worth some money (body is too of course, but thats a given), but your gonna pour alot more than 13k to get all put together dont forget little stuff you need to complete the car.  In the end if you planned on selling it after complete and lose money this is the way to go.

That car is worth millions....when complete! Very rare 72 R/T!  ;)
Daddy ran whiskey in a big black dodge
bought it at an auction at the masons lodge,
Johnson County Sherriff painted on the side,
just shot a coat of primer then he looked inside,
well him and my uncle tore that engine down,
I still remember that rumblin' sound.....

He said "all parts available with car, no tranny". Does that mean they actually come with the car or are available separately? Since he doesn't know that the 72 is a Rallye not an R/T you have to wonder how much he knows about Mopars in general and how many parts are missing. He'd get a lot more interest if he assembled the car.

This is a typical BAD sellers ad. As mentioned... "parts available". All the parts? What's missing? At extra cost or included? What kind of shape are they in? This is the kind of deal that someone would want to consider ONLY if they could visit the car and the seller and spend hours looking though boxes and getting something more definitive in writing.

And then the seller will wonder why he didnt get any bidders.

again if his got a pair of good 71 r/t or 72 rallye doors, how much are they worth  :shruggy: until someone repops them they are very  HARD to find in good condition.if they are  standard charger doors, then the  whole thing is a bit of a" pigs breakfest" . you would need hours going through parts making sure you've got all the parts for car + making sure he is not just cleaning out his shed at your expense  .

ACUDANUT

Added doors to a non r/t or rallye would just be making another clone.  This guy need to finish the car, then sell it.
