Hey All,

As you can see i have a crack in my paint in the recess of the turn signal indicators on the hood. It has lifted a bit about the size of a dime. Any ideas how I can fix this temporarily till I can get it in to be looked at by a body shop? I have tons spray equipment if someone has a detailed step by step process I can do to fix it myself. The paint is mirror like all over...it just doesn't look like it here as it has a bit of polish residue where I stopped rubbing when I discovered it.

To the right of the crack I see the paint lifting.  Something underneath is causing the paint to lift.  Contamination underneath .  You need to sand that  all the way through and
clean real good underneath.  Prime that spot then spot in with an airbrush.

it looks like putty lifting or they never took the blackout decal off and painted over it
