Rims and tires are in the plans soon for my 70 Charger. I thought this looked really good for value/size/looks:

What do you guys think?  :scratchchin:

Nothing wrong with the Torq Thrust type wheel. If you want it, go for it :2thumbs:  They look good on almost anything

That set up is right up there for a great classic look, along with Cragar and Stockton. I think it'll look sweet on a '70.

Pics please when done.  :icon_smile_cool:

IMHO a 245/60 will be a bit small for the rear of a 2nd gen Charger that has a large wheel well.

FWIW I got my set of Cragars & M/T Sportsman tires (15x8 with 245/60/15 for the front and 295/50/15 rear) mounted, balanced, filled with nitrogen, lugs shipped to my door for $1100 2 years ago from www.performanceplustire.com

There are other options out there  :Twocents:

They would look good, but I agree they would be too small on the rears.

The will look smaller than others.  This is 245/60 on 15 x 7" rear and 215/75 on 14x 5.5 on front.  You can decide whether you want wider.  I think I may change mine in the end, but don't mind the look.

Who in their right mind would say

"The science should not stand in the way of this."?

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us.

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....

Question, is the 4.0 inch back spacing on the fronts (15 X 7) ok, or should it be 4.25 ?
