Looking for a guide on removal and install of the k-member for a b-body '73 charger.

I looked through several pages and searched a bit but couldn't come up with anything super helpful. Can anyone point me in a good direction here?

Is the engine in the car?

If engine is out, remove torsion bars and 4 bolts and drop.
For torsion bars, there are 2 bolts under the lower arm, loosen those till all tension is taken off the torsion bar, then unbolt the torsion mount (it is right behind the tranny mount), then remove the clip inside the mount that keeps the bar from sliding out, there is one on each side. Then CAREFULLY slide the torsion bars out the back, do not nick or score the bars, if you do, you have to replace. If they do not slide out easily, you will need to get a special tool to get them out.

If engine is in the car, get either and engine hoist to lift it up an inch and unbolt mounts.

Would be a great time to get new bushings for the k-frame.

Do you have any diagrams or video suggestions. While I can look at this and muddle through it's a lot easier to see it done or have a visual for me.

The engine is in the car but it will be coming out to make room for the new powerhouse... Though it might be going back in temporarily before then.
