Can the mount be changed without dropping the H-pipe? 69 440 Charger

Yes.   However, it takes a little more time to remove it as the H pipe is kinda in the way of the crossmember dropping down and out of your way.
Instead, you have to jack the trans up and lower the crossmember down.
