im looking at replacing my 1969 gauges with aftermarket ones.  Can someone please give me which fuel gauge would work with my sender to give an acurate reading.  if the rest are electric like water and oil will any gauge work or will it require the proper ohms.  ive tried searching on the forums but no luck so far.

Thanks

Here's a link with lots of variety gauge installs.  http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,19711.75.html   I got mine from http://www.marshallinstruments.com/products/5044.cfm   "The Marshall 5-in-1 fuel level gauge works with the most common OEM and aftermarket fuel level sending units: 0-90, 240-33, 73-10, 20-150 and 0-30 Ohm senders (Empty-Full)."  I haven't installed my dash I made yet to say how they work out but I'm pretty sure the gas gauge will be an easy setup.

ok.  thanks for the reply.  i guess my question is, what ohms do our sending units require for full to empty so i can choose a fuel gauge, water temp and oil pressure

I believe its around 70-10 Ohms

awsome.  does any gauge manufacture offer a gauge for that or is getting it close like a ford gauge adequate

i think the closest i found was 73 to 10 ohms, would that read
