I put a set of ESPO leafs for a hemi car on the car back in '94 and, at first, I felt it sat too high. It settled into a good stance, in my opinion. Recent photos in this thread: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,47036.0.html

Right after I purchased my 67, I had my local spring shop re-arch and add 1 leaf to mine.  I, like you wanted it up just a bit.

Back in the day when I was putting my 73 back together, I swapped out the 8.25 for a 8.75. The guy that I bought it form said that the springs could go with the axle for the same price so I took them as well. I forgot to tell you, this axle came off of a C-body wagon. I didn't want a saggy rear, so I tried them out on the charger. Super cheep for a little rear lift, I really liked what I saw. Good luck with your car

I have been running gas charged load leveler shocks on the rear of a few of my cars for years good ride and added height

thanks for the help guys ....love your cars btw!

There are shocks with a coil that helps this too.
