Is there a trick to getting the little chrome (well they used to be) knobs off the heater slider controls?
I have tugged and pulled and the do not seem to want to come off. Special tool?   :shruggy:

Is there a tiny Allen screw going into the bottom side of them?

Should have been more specific.  71-74 Charger.
Nope, no allen screws.
However I found there is a U shaped clip that holds them.

yea..move the little spring clip with a pick tool and it will slide right off

then it just pushes on without use of tool
