1968 Charger inner fender

I hope this is the right place to post this question.  I am getting ready to have my 68 Charger painted and there are some questionable holes in the right inner fender.  This car has air conditioning and I've been able to account for most of these extra holes except for three just forward of the shock brace. 

Can anyone post a picture of this area?  Now is the time to weld up these holes if they were not factory.  Thanks so much.
