HI guys, was with a mopar guy a few weeks ago who has lots of stuff from his dad who passed awway and doesn't know what some of it is.  One of the things he showed me was this window.  He thought it may have been 500 or daytona glass and at first glance I did too.  It has the bulge like it should but I measured the height along the centerline on the outside of the glass and came up with 21-1/14".  I called Mark worman and had him measure my original and if I remember correctly it was 24"  Regardless, it wasn't even close.  I also went 2.5 incjes from the bottom and the width measured 44".  I also could not find any trace of the date/code markings.  His dad did restore a 500 years ago so he thought it may have been an extra, but it appears not.  Anybody have an idea what it may be from??

from the pic it looks like a 2nd gen charger window

I thought 68-69 glass was flat, this has a bulge to it

No ,There not flat. The bulge is easy to spot once it's out.

tough to tell with the trim on, but figure a regular charger glass is AROUND 43x21 while the 500 glass is AROUND 44x25.5.

nice to have one of each to measure here at work!

Ok, seems lke it's charger glass, but why would there be no pentatsar or date stamping/etching?

Indygenerallee

I would say its a Charger rear glass and yes they are not flat.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.

I think 2nd gen Charger as well.  Coronet and Belvedere glass from that era has a compound curve to the lower edge which is quite noticeable.
