Going with the plain steel rims on my 74' for the rear.  What size would look good on the rear?  I want them as wide as possible.  My car has stock rear end.  Will they be hard to find?

Wheel Vintiques makes the stock Chrysler "steelies" in many sizes..... 15x10's can tuck under many b bodies

With a 10" rim most people would try and run a 295 or wider tire, and with stock spring placement in a 3rd gen that's always a very tight fit if you want the tire inside the fender well. See this thread for reference and pictures:
