lca pivot

I installed my lca into my kmember and torque the pivot shaft to 100 ft-lbs. I notice that the lca doesn't pivot.  Is this correct?
69 dodge charger 383/727/3.55 (my dad is the original owner-matching number) stroked to a 496😉

yes , it should be torqued at ride height so the bushing is under the least stress

ohh. I did not know that. I torqued it while it was hanging all the way down. So I need torque at ride height. Thanks for the info.
