hello guys/gals,
I am a newbie to this Dodge Charger board, and have to admit, I am very glad to have ran across it. I just purchased my nephews 1969 dodge Charger (he will killed in an auto accident in 1999) from my sister and brother in law. Its in pretty rough shape, my plans are to build a daily driver for my daughter...i.e. a replica GENERAL LEE. At this point it had not been started in 4 years, so I did acompish getting it started, and drove it several miles. It has a long way to go.
I am needing a picture of the trunk area from underneath and the gas tank area...so I can see if I can figure out how much sheet metal i will need to replace for the trunk etc.
thanks in advance

yep doctor4766, its a slant 6. (Coffeeville, Alabama) kinda the southern central side of the state about halfway between tuscaloosa and mobile.

thanks for all the welcomes. The trunk mat was removed over the weekend and its not in as bad of shape as i had origionally thought. However the trunk pan does need replacing... and possibly the two side pieces that the rear quarters weld to.

Welcome aboard and sorry to hear about your nephew  :rotz:

Welcome aboard!  I am somewhat familiar with your neck of the woods!  My family has land in Thomasville and my Grandfather and Uncle have a wildgame processing site there called Skinners.  I have been restoring my 69 Charger into a General Lee for a few years, would be done if it weren't for deployments! I am stationed up at Camp Lejeune and I make it home about once a year down to Daphne.  This is a great site as I have learned so much on here from ohter memebers.
