Anyone near Miamisburg, Ohio?

I am looking at this car on Ebay:

The description is very brief and pictures are not detailed enough. I do have a huge soft spot the sublime green color though

I am looking for a super solid body (no rust, even gaps, straight, no shoddy body work, etc), no major mechanical issues, no damage, etc. This car will hopefully become a basis for a full resto-mod 3-5 years down the road, but in the mean time I want to be able to drive it and not think about it falling apart.

Anyone near Miamisburg, Ohio?

I tried going with professional inspection services, but these guys charge $300 and up for a good inspection. Last time I bought the inspection service, the Ebay seller totally misrepresented the car (lied about perfect original body, paint, etc). In the end of the day, the inspection prevented me from overpaying, but there are a lot of dishonest people out there and I can't afford to spend thousands of dollars on exposing their lies.

If anyone can do a good, honest inspection, I will be really appreciate it and will pay for all the local travel expenses (gas, tolls, etc).

I am about 35 minutes away. Unfortunately, I doubt I could even get over there to look at it until Thursday I am not a mechanic nor a body man so I can only point out the most obvious issues.

Thanks for the offer. Another member of the forum is also very close and he offered to take a look at it. If it does not work out, I will definitely reach out to you. Thursday still works because the auction does not end until Friday afternoon. Obvious issues is exactly what I am looking to learn about.
