Not from those items.
The only way is to be lucky and have some paperwork or talk to the prior owners.

Check the cars owner manual and look for oil change stickers with a location and parking decals a area the car might have been from. Some states you can search title for past owners

If you pay Chrysler Historical they might be able to find a copy of your build card and the dear code that the car was sold too.

Keep in mind that if the dealership is not still in business you will just end up with a code and no name or address information.
(That is what I got)

I think the research cost like $35

They don't have records after 67

Ghoste

And if the car was sold in Canada, they apparently didnt maintain records for that either.

Another way would be on the bottom of the original window sticker.   There will be a series of numbers/letters on the bottom that translates into the selling dealer.....even if you had that it would be difficult to tell unless someone has a master list of dealer codes...

The dealer code is actually a five digit number (in most cases) and it is on the top of the window sticker.

Then whats this on the bottom Barry?  I was under the impression that was the code :shruggy:

I don't know if this will work where you are, but in Ontario if you spend $20 on a used vehicle report its will say on there. I got them for my 68 & 74 Chargers and it show where they were purchased new and the dealer name.

Ghoste

Not in every case for Ontario.  If the reports on the car go back that far you will be okay but they don't always.  I've had a few that only went back as far as the late 70's.

bad_habits

I didn't know that, both of my searches went back that far so I thought they all did.

Ghoste

I wish they did, there is a lot more I'd like to know about a couple of cars that passed through my stewardship.

Date, Plant code and I think the truck routing number.
