Sorry, Crack pipe price... I love folks that think just because it's a original 426 Hemi car it's worth damn near $50G, This car is not very desirable $15,000 TOPS!!

Unrestored '66 down the hill from me:  426 / 4spd / Dana.  60k or 80k miles (?)  Original everything that runs and drives, in REAL nice shape.  Yes, he is asking 50k and that is right where he should be starting...

I don't think the engine is the original one

Uhhhhhh no.  People don't walk past 2nd Gen's, that's physically impossible.  First Gen's need respect but let's not get delusional here; let's leave the bad science fiction writing to George Lucas...
Listen, all I can tell you is what I see. Sure, the 2nd gens get a passing glance or the occasional looker, but the people stand and study the 1st gens. Literally. Then comment on how rare and unique it is. Especially the interior... :2thumbs:

It's not my favorite color and it does need a lot of work, like EVERYTHING. Definitely too much money, but I'm sure he would entertain offers. That would be a really cool car when done.  :2thumbs:

To all the guys who bash the 1st gens and say they aren't popular and don't bring the money; It's true they don't bring the money that the 2nd gens do, but as far as popularity goes, whenever I'm at a show or cruise-in with 2nd gens there, you will always see people around my car while they walk past the others. I constantly get compliments and positive comments.  :shruggy: The only negative comments I hear are from 2nd gen Charger owners.

Of course they do. It's not often one gets to see the results of a one night stand between a Marlin and a Coronet. :icon_smile_wink:

Sorry, arriving late to the party...

If I reverse looked-up that number correctly that car is maybe 20 minutes from my moms place.  Been in and around that area many times when I was younger.
