I think the peeling black primer makes it look worse than it really is.
Other than the floors and trunk the rest looks fairly solid.

Brunswick, ME, just up the road from me. The odds of multiple soft spots on the underside of the car are better than average.

Shoot I paid more than double that for mine and the only real difference is somoene took the trouble to primer over all my surface rust

hahahha...next thing you know its all 'holy' after the blast. There was a forum member who had sold his car for 5k and it was a 'runner' and way better conditon than this.
