I think the peeling black primer makes it look worse than it really is.
Other than the floors and trunk the rest looks fairly solid.

Shoot I paid more than double that for mine and the only real difference is somoene took the trouble to primer over all my surface rust :)

I bet if you hit it with a media blaster you'd be surprised how little Charger you actually purchased.

hahahha...next thing you know its all 'holy' after the blast. There was a forum member who had sold his car for 5k and it was a 'runner' and way better conditon than this.
