Hard to tell from those photos.  He doesn't show any pics of the areas where serious issues could exist, i.e. undercarriage, trunk floor, floor boards, rear window channels, engine bay, etc. etc.  Could even be issues under the paint.  Would look it over thoroughly before even considering to buy it.

Even the best photos won't reveal the complete truth.  The only thing to do is to go up there and see/touch this thing.  I would say if there's minor surface rust on some critical areas, in addition to the low-quality photos, that car MIGHT be a good deal.  Is this car going to be daily driven?
