Buddy has no brakes on his 68

He has no brakes but here's the mishmash of parts.  He had a manual drum car and added a power booster for drums then used a master cylinder for factory discs and Wilwood disc conversion kit for the front with their valving.
I think the problem is going into the booster from the pedal.  Are there any other reasons this mix of stuff shouldn't be working?

   It has  been completely bled out so there is no air in the system ? Was the MC bench bled ?  :shruggy:

When you say "no brakes" do you mean no pedal or lots of pedal but it won't stop? Details.
