Hello

I am working on my 74.  Looking to replace the door hinge pins so I can re-hang the doors.  I know I have to cut out the old pins and possibly drill out the hole to put in the new bushings.  The question I have is do I install the bushings on the part of the hinge that attaches to the door or the part that attaches to the car?
I included pictures.

Thanks

Put them in the side of the hinge that mounts to the body. The lip on the bushing is supposed to go between the two pieces.

and be very careful when you drill .....if you make the holes too big for the brass bushings, yer screwed...

I had mine rebuilt by a guy over on B-bodies only.com he charged me $150.00 and that included sandblasting and epoxy priming the set, He told me if you use those bushings the weight of the door will crack them and then you will be F'ed which makes sense as the factory never used bushings, he drills them and uses larger pins and they look factory. SO I would be wary of putting those bushings in them.
Sold my Charger unfortunately....never got it finished.
