What is this part?

I pulled it from the bottom of my A/C unit inside my car. I believe it kept blowing the fan fuse. Maybe this is the part that was referred to in another post that I made regarding why the fan on my ac unit would not work in regular ac setting.

      It's a time delay relay.  The vacuum actuated time delay is located on the bottom of the fresh recirculating air door housing.
