Well, not lucking out finding vector wheels at affordable prices, so I'm gonna go with what I was eventually gonna do anyway and put 17's on front and 18's on the back of my ride. Torq-thrusts or the pseudo-ones from americanmuscle painted black and with chrome lip.

HOWEVER, since I had a hard drive crash and lost all the info I gathered (for when I had my white ride, which had a big block), I have to ask if there's anything I need to change to put wheels that size on a car that has small block suspension or if there's anything different in comparison to a bigger block ride. I have drum brakes currently but will be going with discs soon.

Right now the car has the pseudo-vector wheels off a 80s dodge truck? ramcharger? but they're on adapters...and they eat up the tires and makes the car handle like complete crap.

big block and small block suspension used the same 4.5" x 5 bolt pattern. They also have the same track width so any wheel that will work with a big block will work with a small block suspension.  You should be looking for "0" offset on your wheels as well.  :2thumbs:

The only main differences really are larger diameter torsion bars, and HD leaves in the rear. Otherwise, all the other parts (upper/lower control arms, spindles, ball joints, strut rods, steering gear, etc) are the same.
Some small block cars did not have sway bars. And, if you're swapping to discs, that is a moot point anyway.
Good luck!  :2thumbs:
