the dealer sticker on the bumper is Bob Cash Lincoln-Mercury of lynchburg. I do have a name of a previous owner that lived there however I came up empty handed doing a search for her.

I'm in Lynchburg, and remember seeing this or another car running around "back in the day."  Bob Cash L-M morphed into Hammersley L-M which morphed into a larger store now.  If you PM the name, I'll see what I might be able to come up with, as I know a few Ford diehards in this area.
