At one point there weren't any at all. I ended up spending $$$ for an NOS one. I believe someone is reproducing them now (BE&A/PG Classics?).

 As mentioned by Troy, PG Classic has them so I assume B/E&A would be able to supply one. I did a quick look on the B/E&A site but didn't see them so you may need to contact them.

Hmmm, not as cheap as I remembered. I think I paid $60 for my NOS one. Glad you found one though - I'm sure it will look a lot better than that hole!
