Color brake drums were painted on a 68 Charger?

FC7 V code

Any help on the color brake drums were painted on a 68 Charger would be welcome. It's a 383 2 barrel car if that has anything to do with it. Helping a friend on it and 68's are not one of my stronger points :shruggy:

They were either natural cast iron or painted the "brick" red color if it got the road wheels.
