Axle shaft end play??

 I installed my axle shafts tonight and on the left side after I adjusted the end play it states in the book to remove one of the retaining plate nuts and install the adjuster lock. Here's the problem i do not have a adjuster lock and not sure what it looks like? What does it look like? where can i get one?

The adjuster goes on the right side, not the left and the lock tab is a small piece of flat steel, about 1 1/4" X 3/4" with the end of it bent in the shape of a hook. It has a hole that allows it to be installed onto one of the axle retainer studs and the hook goes into one of the notches in the adjuster nut so it won't loosen up on you once its set. Sorry, don't have a pic of it but if you have the service manual it should show it, good luck.
