Yep, that is a 6 way seat and no I didn`t get the parts for 500.

You are correct sir! It is a 74..
1974 400 and 440 4-Barrel dual snorkel wide angle. Note that one snorkel is much longer than the other one and that the angle between the snorkels is much wider than typical. Not clear what designated which style was installed. Seen on cop cars. First picture is a '74 Monaco Canadian police car. The last picture is from a '74 Road Runner 400.

Also have a few other pieces as well including the piece that goes in the heater hose. Also have complete glass.
