Wheels & wheel rack both lock great, Chris.

Do I spy orange-painted drums out back?

Blow the horn!~

They are actually red faced like all Road Wheel cars should be :nana:   Sort of..

Well the shoes came in today & after dinner I finished up installing my rear & put on the new meats.

Its hard to really get a "feel" for them in the garage till its out in the street.....so far I like it!  The mfg pics made them look like the centers were a bit darker than they are now but oh well...
The 295's on the 15x8's offer plenty of room in the back with room to spare.

Some pics.....

1---just cleaned off the blue-goo on the RWL's
2---comparo of the 245's & 295's
3---quick measurement looks like 11.5" wide on the 8" rim
4----whaddya gonna do?

My apologies in resurrecting such an old topic.....but it ties in nicely with something I've been wondering.

Should the width of front and back wheels be adjusted to give the tires the same amount of bulge?  For instance, should the back rims be a size wider, to give the back tires more of a flat look, to match the front?

Or is it best to keep the same size wheel all the way around?

Related question about backspacing:  If the wheels and tires are the same  all the way around, does the front get a different BS from the back, in order to give the front and back tires the same distance from the fender lip?  Or is it desirable to have a little more lip clearance in the front?
