Original Dukes Charger

At the flea market I was looking through some old matchbox cars and found a 69 or 70 dodge charger, blue, with #77 on the doors, rear window louver (not side) and some sort of flag symbols on the hood and trunk. It was bagged as a dukes first charger for $4. Kind of old looking. What's the deal with the dukes charger and is 4 bucks a good deal if they did have a blue charger charger before the General?

Sometime in the middle seasons, they had a flashback episode of how the General came to be adopted by the Duke clan. It was black when they got it. I think the flea market seller is full of it. That said, if it was in nice shape, I'd probably spring $4.00 for it.

It's  not a Dukes Charger, it's a knock off from the 1980's.  There were alot of General Lee knock offs back then.  I have a #77 Charger with a rebel flag on the hood.  Here it is with another Charger.

Thats it Sabre. It's like the orange one but blue. At least the interior is tan.
