Mold-free bathroom caulking...

Anyone know of such at thing? I'm tired off replacing my bathroom caulking often because of the black staining of mold within the chaulking...

Sounds like you need to use a pure silicon caulk.

I used a GE brand silicon caulk in my bathroom. White in fact. I don't have any problem with mold staining except where it contacts the tub. It's apparently released from the ceramic and water has worked it's way behind. No problems on the wall. Royal PITA to apply though. The Latasil that is mentioned is supposed to be less sticky than normal silicon based caulks.

IIRC you don't want to use latex based as latex is apparently food for mold.
