Any Interest in having a Face-to-Face meet in the Seattle Area? July 14th?

We haven't had a Dodge Charger meet in Seattle for a couple of years.

I am researching a venue. I was thinking of Big Daddy's in Auburn. It is right off of Hiway 18 and only a couple of miles off of the I-5 Federal Way exit.

How would July 14th be? There does not seem to be any other Mopar Shows in the area that day.

I am all for  it! A Saturday and being mid July, will have the best chance be a 'decent' weather day- ('decent' = no rain) and for me a nice drive from Kent!

I'm reasonably sure I could make it. Not so sure about the Charger though.

Big Daddys?  Is that the place with the park next to it?

All up for a CHARGER day!!

PS: June 23 & 24(?) is a new Mopar event in Shelton... new drag strip, show and swap meet...
Will post flyer when we get it scanned...

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

Big Daddys is off Auburn Way South and it has a huge Park behind it, if any kids needed entertainment. I am going to check with them to see if they will host. I would think it would be great for their business.

I can make it there not to far for me. I do have to work on saturdays.   I will take the day off.
? Will this be a day event or night time.

Past ones organized by Mark were in the day... and a LOT of fun!!

Worth taking a day off, hopefully we can pull a few cars...

Prob do 12-2 and maybe a cruise afterwards
Sounds good.  Do most of the local members here attend the spring round up in everett and the sunbust show.

we attend the show up North and Sunbust...but I have not entered a car for many years...mainly for 2 reasons:

1) Everyone has seen my pieces of crap already

2) With the wife's & my health issues, we can't do a whole day anymore at the show

We mainly go to visit with people & friends we ain't seen in a while

Just got off the phone with Big Daddy's. We are a go!!

They will host us from 12-2 (they open at 11 am).

I will start to formalize this with posters and ads in the correct section here and over at Moparts.

Don't get discouraged if there's a low turnout. It might take a while to get back in the swing of things.

I'm planning on being there, assuming super unleaded isn't up to six bucks a gallon by then. It'll be nice to see some new faces, and familiar ones. Thanks Mark for making this happen.
Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

It all depends on my daughter's soccer.  The past few summers it's really cut into my weekend cruising.  Last year I went to 3 shows with the 'cuda.  I'm the team manager so it's usually a good idea for me to show up for all the games'.  No big deal as I really enjoy watching her.  She's really improved this year with these new coaches.

I'll start looking for some new rear tires in case we venture into that parking lot again, maybe some Blizzaks', I hear they're a good snow/ice tire?.  I don't know what was on that asphalt but it was like driving on ice.   ;)
